    Join us at Empire Kayaks in Island Park, NY, for a calming paddle into serene waters. This journey offers a break from daily stress, inviting you to immerse in nature. The gentle rhythm of the kayak will relax your mind and open your heart. After a 30-minute paddle, we’ll reach a tranquil spot for a 30-minute guided meditation and group energy healing, on the water, boosting your peace and connection. Kayak rentals must be paid in cash, $20 for a single, $35 for a double.
