  • A Petite Halloween Retreat: Witch Crafting | 10/10 | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Co-hosted with Malina Portals, Island Park | $70

    A little witchcraft, a little self-care, and a beautiful invitation to let go and begin again.

    Enter a cozy autumn sanctuary where warm aromas, candlelight, sound, and the energy of the season create space to pause and reconnect with yourself.

    You’ll craft your own autumn simmer pot using herbs and spices traditionally associated with protection, intuition, abundance, and remembrance, while setting a personal intention for the season ahead.

    We’ll then move into guided relaxation and acupressure to help release physical and energetic tension, accompanied by the beautiful tones of singing bowls and gongs to lead you through a journey of your own magic. Oracle card guidance will conclude our time together.

  • A (Not So) Petite Retreat: Called Forward

    Three experiences. One beautiful day. A little space for what comes next.

    What happens when you give yourself an entire day to pause, reconnect, and listen to what may be calling you forward?

    We’ll meet at Outlaw Acres for some morning nourishment, and then begin with a guided equine experience, where the horse becomes a mirror, offering us an opportunity to notice our presence, energy, and what we may be carrying with us. From there, we'll slow our pace with a gentle autumn walk through Bayard Cutting Arboretum, reconnecting with nature and remembering that we are part of something larger than ourselves. You'll also experience guided meditation, acupressure, and energy work, woven naturally into the experience. We'll then gather for a leisurely Victorian Tea, where delicious treats, conversation, laughter, and nourishment invite us to settle in and savor the moment. Receive a cozy autumn gift of appreciation.

Erin Bishop Pedone is the founder of Reiki Shores, where she creates restorative experiences that invite people to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Her work is rooted in the belief that we are not broken and there is nothing to fix — we all have an inner wisdom and sense of wholeness waiting to be remembered.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Ocean Therapy practitioner, Erin combines energy work, mindfulness, meditation, and the healing presence of the ocean to support deep relaxation, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Through private sessions, retreats, workshops, and wellness experiences, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where people can return to a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
